Triade Consulting Ltd. was founded as a tool for the expression and implementation of the activities and professional interests of the members of the Vernetti Prot – Borisova family. The founding members of the company are Enrico Vernetti Prot, Svetlana Borisova and Cesare Vernetti Prot who are the promoters of the project and members of the First Triad. The name Triad symbolizes "unity, strength and harmony" and is inspired by numerous triads that have transmitted these values in mythology and history.
The symbol of the company is a Crystal Pyramid crossed by a powerful ray of white light that penetrates the pyramidal structure and comes out broken down into the natural colour scale, as well as the colours of the rainbow in nature. The Pyramid is inserted within the Circle of Yin and Yang which symbolizes the union of opposites in Eastern culture. The classic contrasting black and white dots in the sections of the two opposites are replaced by the question mark ( ? ) and the exclamation mark ( ! ) to symbolize all the efforts and activities that take us from problems to solutions.
The Pyramid represents the union of the triangle with the square. The triangle symbolizes the Triad of the founders while the square represents the four basic activities chosen by the founders for the development of the company.
The Pyramid is in turn divided into layers with different colors that represent the Primary Colours of cosmic rays. The primary colours are the colours of the solar spectrum discovered by Isaac Newton: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet.
Each primary color contains important energetic qualities that can be represented by the following symbolic words:
1. Red: Will, Courage, Renewal
2. Orange: Energy, Security, Service
3. Yellow: Light, Creativity, Silence
4. Green: Enthusiasm, Confidence, Gratitude
5. Blue: Love, Serenity, Understanding
6. Indigo: Harmony, Beauty, Generosity
7. Violet: Order, Discipline, Fraternity
THE ART AND CULTURE DIVISION, characterized by the Color Green, deals with artistic and cultural production activities such as the production, marketing and sale of art objects of any creative form elaborated with any aesthetic expression and execution technique, such as chalk paintings, oil paintings, watercolor paintings, drawings, sculptures, NFTs and digital art. The Division also deals with the promotion of artistic and cultural events, including the organization, promotion and participation in artistic and cultural events of any kind held at art galleries, exhibitions and other similar places of cultural venues.
